as best I can tell, you my friend, have cracked the code. you're a boat owner. no, let's qualify that: you're a sail boat owner (even cooler). you go camping and hiking and build proverbial brick shit houses. basically, you're living the life. impressive.
You have a future in designing outhouses, my friend. There's a hot market in Montana. I know some people, if you're interested.
